How it works

Enter your original order number and pay.

At checkout, you’ll be asked for the invoice number from your original order (it’s in your confirmation email). This links your rush fee to the right order.

Ship your materials with a rush note.

When you mail in your breastmilk, ashes, hair, fabric, or flowers, write “RUSH” clearly on the outside bag along with your name and original invoice number. Follow the shipping instructions as normal.

Your 2-month turnaround starts at check-in.

The countdown begins the day your materials are received and checked in, not the day you paid the rush fee.
